Okay, all whitening products are basically the same. The different here is that they are basically using a curing light to expedite the process.
You could just use a whitening toothpaste for slower, but more natural results. Brush for the full two minutes; it whitens while it’s on your teeth, but can’t do much after you spit.

I tried it before and it seemed to work but I was thinking about it and I was wondering if it was safe and what is the best teeth whitening product out there (Works within a week). Thanks!

I’ve tried Crest whitestrips and Rembrant whitening gel and neither work. My top teeth look great and both kits worked there but my bottom still are really yellow. Is this normal? Is there a disease and condition that I could have to provent this? Help!

Aspirin. Dissolve it by holding against the tooth that hurts unless you are allergic to aspirin . If you are try some ibuprofen unless you are allergic to it. If you want all natural clove oil will help with the pain.

I need someone to explain the whole process of at home teeth whitening. I use opalescence and the trays. What do I do after I’m done whitening after I’ve taken the trays out? Do I brush my teeth, use mouthwash? Can I eat? Why are my teeth hurting? Is that normal? I’m only 13 so I’m not too good at this. If you could be as descriptive as possible, that would be so helpful.
