I just had a tooth extracted and did a bone graft immediately following to prepare for a future implant. She told me she used synthetic materials for the bone graft which has me a little concerned. What is a synthetic bone graft made of? Is it silicone and if so isn’t that harmful to the body?

Aspirin. Dissolve it by holding against the tooth that hurts unless you are allergic to aspirin . If you are try some ibuprofen unless you are allergic to it. If you want all natural clove oil will help with the pain.

i feel pressure on either side of my jaw. my wisdom teeth have not fully come through as my mouth is crowded. i read that certain symptoms can be relieved through wisdom tooth extraction. what feeling in my jaw can i expect after extraction?

Hello,
I put off a bad tooth infection for 2-3 months now (just because I dont like dentists), but then the pain became unbearable so I decided I had to go! He is putting me on antibiotics, but is it possible the infection has spread? Is it possible its too late and this will kill me even if i start the antibiotics tomorrow???
So how long does a tooth infection really neeed to cause some damage to your health?

I’m young, without support from parents, and without insurance. I’ve already lost 3 back teeth due to infections. I haven’t had more than one treated by a dentist. I have another infection that’s causing my jaw to be tight and it’s started ‘popping’ … um, I was just wondering if these infections that start to flare up every month or so.. are having an effect on my overall health?

I have some fillings from the 70’s, when mercury was used for tooth fillings. what are the symptoms of health effects associated with being poisoned by the mercury?

my wife has an abses tooth and she has been getting sick a lot and her syptoms are stomache ache and nausia a lot, with diarea. they ran a few test and they all came back fine. well we just went to the dentist and found out about this abses tooth in the back of her mouth. well its full of infection and bacteria, so could that be the reason she has been getting sick?
