Mine lasted about six months.. But, I smoke and I drink coffee. As long as you’re not doing anything to restain your teeth, I would imagine the results to last indefinately.
Yes, Zoom will give you better results, because of the UV light process. You will get results in an hour, which would take weeks with the take home kits from the dentists.

idk.. my friend’s lasted for like 7-8 months but it wasn’t a zoom and she smokes a lot! ?kisses?
