My daughter and my husband in succession have both had a nasty cold and cough, now it seems it’s my turn.
I have been having a course of treatment at the dentist, a pulled tooth which became infected afterwards and some fillings replaced. I need to go back on Thursday for a review of the infection, and possibly to have my other fillings done. I’ve been on antibiotics for the infection, so maybe my cold won’t be as bad as theirs. Should I postpone, or just go anyway to get the infection checked out? I don’t think I shall be able to lay there with my mouth open if I start to cough or have a streaming cold, but maybe the cold won’t come to anything?
If you don’t give 24 hours notice you have to pay a fee, I’m in a quandry.
i have been searching on the web, but it has only made me more anxious and fickle. i am apprehensive about these things, but i need to see a dentist a.s.a.p. any special guidelines you use or do you simply take a chance on one based on reviews?
Yeah, I just read a dentist on here suggesting that. I dont know about the other dental professionals on here, but that is just something I don’t think any dentist should suggest to a patient, especially if they don’t have all the facts. I know my dentist would never take a patients side of the story and tell him to sue his past dentist, especially without ever having reviewed the patients past records or doing an exam himself. That just seems to be wrong for a dentist to suggest against a fellow dentist, especially not knowing all the details.
On the specific question I am referring to, the best answers actually came from fellow dental assistants. I’m still in shock that a dentist would suggest the guy take the dentist to small claims court. I am curious to know why a dentist would suggest that.
what website, can give me reviews about dentists, and peoples experience with them, and if they are good or not for free? thanks.
I only have had bad experiences with dentists, and the last one was several years ago out here in Las Vegas. I need to get my wisdom teeth pulled, and I cannot find a review that isn’t at least 2 years old anywhere online! Can anyone recommend someone good?
Im interested in teeth whitening - I want fast (of course), with great results - but I also want the most economical. I’ve been hearing that the dentist prescribed at home bleaching provides the same results as the in-office chair-side whitening -but that the at home takes a little more time.
